FAQFB·X·FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

The things people ask before they order a garment or start an engagement. If yours isn't here, write to us.

SHIP

Orders & shipping

Where do you ship, and what does it cost?

We ship within the United States from Missoula, Montana. Shipping is a flat $12, and free on orders of $250 or more. Any international options, where offered, appear at checkout.

How long until my order arrives?

Orders are processed within one to two business days. Delivery is typically three to seven business days after dispatch, depending on destination. You'll get tracking by email when it ships.

Is my payment secure?

Card payments are handled by a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe) over an encrypted, PCI-compliant connection. Your card details go straight to the processor and never touch our servers — we never receive or store full card numbers.

RET

Returns & exchanges

What is your return policy?

Return unworn, unwashed apparel with its tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

How do exchanges work?

The simplest route is to return the original for a refund and place a new order, so you're never waiting on stock. If you'd like us to reserve a size while you do, email us and we'll help where we can.

Something arrived faulty or wrong — what now?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photograph and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping you paid, at no cost to you. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

FIT

Sizing & fit

How do your garments fit?

Our fits are true to size. Each product page carries a size guide with approximate body measurements; between sizes, take the larger for a relaxed line.

Why technical drawings instead of photographs?

Every garment is specified before it's made, and the technical flat is how that spec draws it — precise, consistent, and honest about construction. Showing the spec drawing is our house standard: it's the same drawing the garment is built and graded against, so what you see is exactly what you're buying.

SYS

Systems engagements

How does a software engagement work?

Every engagement starts as a written specification — scope, constraints, and the definition of done agreed before anything is built. From there we build to the spec, inspect against it, and hand off cleanly. Scope and price are fixed in writing in a statement of work.

How is pricing set?

Indicative pricing for each engagement is published on the Systems page, not negotiated in the dark. The figure shown is an estimate; your statement of work sets the binding scope and fee.

Do we own what you build?

Unless your statement of work says otherwise, ownership of bespoke deliverables transfers to you on full payment. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, libraries, and know-how.
