Orders & shipping
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
We ship within the United States from Missoula, Montana. Shipping is a flat $12, and free on orders of $250 or more. Any international options, where offered, appear at checkout.
How long until my order arrives?
Orders are processed within one to two business days. Delivery is typically three to seven business days after dispatch, depending on destination. You'll get tracking by email when it ships.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor (such as PayPal) over an encrypted, PCI-compliant connection. Your payment details go straight to the processor and never touch our servers — we never receive or store full card numbers.

Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?
Return unworn, unwashed apparel with its tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.
How do exchanges work?
The simplest route is to return the original for a refund and place a new order, so you're never waiting on stock. If you'd like us to reserve a size while you do, email us and we'll help where we can.
Something arrived faulty or wrong — what now?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photograph and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping you paid, at no cost to you. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Sizing & fit
How do your garments fit?
Our fits are true to size. Each product page carries a size guide with approximate body measurements; between sizes, take the larger for a relaxed line.
How are the garments shown?
Each piece is photographed against the specification it is built to — flat with its measurements called out, in construction detail, and worn. What you see is exactly what you're buying: the same garment that was graded against its spec before it shipped.
